Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in your service provider's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be required to pay 50% of the services missed. We recognise that some situations are unavoidable and will assess each one individually. Your understanding is appreciated.
