I’ve been in the industry now for over 35 years with all of but 5 of those years right here at Level 10. Building relationships with my clients over all this time has resulted in many wonderful and dear friends. I feel blessed to have a career that I enjoy so much.

I started my career right here at Level 10 Eurospa over 20 years ago and absolutely love colouring and cutting hair! A very social person, I thrive on the interaction with my clients (we tend to have lots of fun) and look forward to their every visit.

Sassoon trained, I bring my passion, talent and over 30 years of hairdressing experience to Level 10 Eurospa. I moved here from Edmonton after selling my salon and am very excited to be part of this community. With expertise in all areas of hair design, I love creating with hair colour, short hair cuts and working with natural curls.

With 20+ years experience behind the chair, I bring much creativity and enthusiasm to the salon every day! I also bring a genuine desire to provide my clients with service above the expected. Confident with all types of cutting and truely passionate about colouring, I especially love working with long hair.

With 15+ years experience, loads of creativity and passion, I am  dedicated to offering an exceptional experience for all guests. My clients know me as a very trustworthy, detail-oriented, patient hairdresser who loves creating touchable, feel-good hairstyles that are easily recreated and versatile. I love working with natural curly hair, executing technical cuts and having fun with up-do’s. Colouring hair, whether natural looking grey coverage, balayage techniques or high fashion colours, is also another reason I do what I do.  @kirsch_coiffure 

Originally from the UK and with 20 years experience in the beauty industry, I started my career working for the cosmetic giant Max Factor. I earned my Hairdressing and Esthetic diplomas in London and Australia. Upon arrival in Canada, I attended the Aveda Advanced Academy in Vancouver adding to my educational résumé. After working and owning a salon in Vancouver, I decided to relocate to the Comox Valley to raise my family. I am beyond excited to now be offering my hair services at Level 10 Eurospa!  @lisablevel10eurospa

Hey, my name is Jordan your future hairstylist! I graduated from Foundations Hair Academy and have been apprenticing at Level 10 since February 2023. I hope to see you in my chair soon 🙂

We are excited to announce Jordan has recently been promoted from Jr. Apprentice to L10 Stylist!  Jordan has excelled becoming competent in foundational cutting, colouring and styling. She is finding her rhythm exploring new techniques and sharpening her skills while continuing to mentor. We are so proud of Jordan!  @jordanthehairdresser

Carrie has been with Level 10 since 1999 starting on reception, then trained as an aesthetician, quickly advancing to Spa Director and now she is one of the owners! A fully licensed aesthetician, trained in all areas of the spa business, she has an exceptional understanding of the needs and wants of our clients. As Spa Director she is involved not only with the day to day operations of our spa but also in the development of products and services offered. As well, Carrie is head of our Skin Rejuvenation and Spa Education departments. After graduating from the Blanche MacDonald Academy in Vancouver, I moved back to the Comox Valley. I have been working at Level 10 since 2003. Being able to take care of people and help them learn how to take care of themselves has always meant a lot to me. I’m thankful for all the continuing education we get and to be able to pass that along to my clients.

As a Holistic Bodyworker, Aesthetician and Reiki Master, my passion is to guide and empower my clients into self healing and optimal relaxation as well as educate on body mechanics, skin health and overall awareness. Along with being a mother to 2 beautiful daughter’s who inspire me everyday, I am a lover of earth, animals, poetry, art and a lifelong student… I am filled with gratitude to be apart of the Level 10 team and to be of service to you 🙂

With a beautiful smile and a quick wit, Crystal has been our co ordinator since 2012 and is now one of our bosses! Dedicated to our promise of your every visit being a ‘beautiful experience’, her finger is definitely on the pulse. It is Crystal’s job to know everything and every body and that she does!

For over 20 years now our amazing bookkeeper Pam has been brightening our days with her positively bubbly demeanour as well as entertaining us with her fabulously funny stories. Oh yes, and she also does all our bookkeeping!
