BRAZILIAN KERATIN TAMING TREATMENT

Application process of the Brazilian Keratin Treatment can take anywhere from one and a half hours to four hours. It all depends on the length and thickness of your hair. After the treatment has been applied to your hair it is blow dried in and then sealed with a hot iron. The results of the BKT are visible immediately leaving your hair instantly healthy, youthful and feeling like silk. Your hair will still have volume, body and movement and can still be worn curly or wavy while bulk is reduced and frizz is tamed. If hair is air dried without a blow dryer, it will still have wave or curl but no frizz. On the flip side, if you want to blow dry your hair straight, you can do that, without a brush, in a fraction of the time it would have taken before the treatment. The keratin protein is not permanent and gradually washes out (hair returns to its natural state without experiencing a root re-growth) so to maintain these results, treatments are recommended every 3 – 5 months.
